We’re proud to support organizations making a meaningful impact in our communities through the Hall Foundation’s employee-requested Charitable Giving program. Every cause that is awarded funds is brought forward by employees who see a need and take action to help. Here’s a look at some of the recent organizations we’ve been honored to support.
To support women transitioning out of incarceration, we helped provide sturdy backpacks and ChapStick—small but meaningful items that bring dignity to their next chapter. Without donations, many leave with just a sack and little else.
This special pageant gives individuals with special needs—affectionately called “special angels”—a chance to shine. Our support helped cover venue and tech costs, as well as crowns and medals for each contestant. The pageant fosters joy, confidence, and community.
Serving those in recovery, this organization needed essentials like towels, blankets, bedding, and hygiene products. Our support helped them meet the basic daily needs of those working toward healing.
Helping the homeless transition into housing, Valley Mission requested basic necessities such as bedding, towels, blankets, and undergarments. These simple items make a huge difference during a time of new beginnings.
This program equips 60–70 children in the migrant summer school with backpacks full of supplies—ensuring they’re prepared for school in the fall. Federal funds do not cover these basic school supplies, making local support essential.
The center creates nearly 2,500 quilts each year to distribute to those in need. Our support helps fund essential supplies like quilt batting, allowing volunteers to continue their compassionate outreach.
Journeys will host a prom night for adults with disabilities. This celebration provided a joyful, inclusive experience for participants and their families.
This project provides essential school supplies for foster children across 16 southeast Idaho counties. It also ensures group homes are stocked with supplies for new arrivals throughout the year.
For the past two years, we’ve helped provide 150 backpacks for school-aged students in this district. While the state supplies most school materials, it does not provide backpacks—leaving many children without a way to carry their belongings to and from school.
A grassroots effort led by local volunteers, Rise and Shine Bread bakes and distributes homemade bread to food-insecure families in Tempe, Arizona. Our support helped cover ingredient costs for this heartfelt cause.
Working to end period poverty across the state, this organization distributes essential menstrual products to women and girls who otherwise go without. Our support helped them reach more individuals in need.
On July 14th, as part of One Senergy Week, the Senergy team will be giving back to local students.
Employees will be assembling and donating school supplies and backpacks to support kids in low-income school districts—helping them start the school year strong with the tools they need to succeed.
Hall Foundation Scholarship
Area of Study: Project Management
Hello, my name is Bright Ofori. I am happy to say a little bit about myself and my educational aspirations. I come from a community that values hard work, honesty, resilience and integrity. What defines me is my unyielding commitment to seek quality education, knowing it impact on my spiritual and personal growth. As such, I consider myself a lifelong learner who seeks every opportunity to learn new skills wherever I find myself. In my family, I hope that this education can help me influence my siblings and the people around me to inspire them to educate themselves and seek higher learning.
The Hall Foundation Scholarship has strengthened my educational aspirations in ways that I could only dream of. Moving forward, I have resolved to save money from jobs I do. I just started a new but small company with specialization in cabinet making. I am constantly working hard to build my clientele so hopefully, in the years ahead, I will be able to finance my own education as well as to render more support to those in my family who struggle too.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Hall foundation sponsorships for their tremendous work and selfless act of service to people around the globe.
